Is the Fatoora QR decoder really free?
Yes — paste the Base64 QR payload from any Saudi e-invoice and it decodes instantly. No account is needed, and nothing is stored unless you choose to leave an email.
Does the decoder verify cryptographic signatures?
No. It checks QR structure only — all 9 TLV tags, VAT number and timestamp validation in plain language, and whether a code is Phase-1 or carries the Phase-2 cryptographic tags — but it does not verify cryptographic signatures. The tool says so on its face; that honesty is deliberate.
Does Signet replace my ERP or POS?
No — Signet is a native bridge designed to sit beneath the ERP or POS you already run, carrying its output through ZATCA's Phase-2 requirements. The system that raises your invoices stays.
What does the full Phase-2 bridge include, and is it live?
Pre-submission validation against the BR-KSA business rules, UBL 2.1 invoice generation, XAdES-BES digital signing, clearance and 24-hour reporting with ZATCA, and 6-year compliant archival. Status, stated plainly: early access. The free QR decoder is fully live now; production clearance and Fatoora submission switch on as certification completes.
Who has to integrate with ZATCA Phase 2?
ZATCA proceeds in waves — Wave 24 brought businesses with VAT-liable revenue above SAR 375,000 into mandatory integration scope, with an integration deadline noted on this site as 30 June 2026 (and a penalty-cancellation initiative running to the same date). That is regulatory context, not a Signet claim or legal advice — confirm your own obligations and dates directly with ZATCA or a tax advisor.
Is Signet Arabic-first?
Yes — RTL and bilingual throughout by design, not a translation layer bolted on afterwards. Arabic fields are first-class data across the free decoder and the Phase-2 bridge.
