Arabic-first · ZATCA Phase-2 ready

ZATCA Phase-2 compliance, Arabic-first — without replacing your system.

Signet is an affordable e-invoicing bridge designed to sit beneath the ERP or POS you already run. Today you can check any Fatoora invoice QR for free. The full Phase-2 bridge — signing, clearance and reporting — is in early access.

Deadline awareness

Wave 24 is now in scope

Wave 24 brought businesses with VAT-liable revenue above SAR 375,000 into mandatory Phase-2 integration. This is regulatory context to plan around — not a Signet claim.

Integration deadline 30 June 2026
Penalty-cancellation initiative Runs to 30 June 2026

Always confirm your own obligations and dates directly with ZATCA or your tax advisor.

Why teams look for an alternative

The Phase-2 problems we kept hearing about

The problem

Cryptic rejection codes. ZATCA rejects an invoice and returns an opaque code with no plain explanation.

How Signet answers

Plain-language decoding. The free QR checker already explains, tag by tag, what is present, what is missing, and whether the code is Phase-1 or Phase-2.

Live in the free tool
The problem

Weak Arabic invoices. Bolt-on tools mishandle Arabic fields, layout and direction.

How Signet answers

Arabic-first by design. Arabic is not a translation layer added at the end — the product is built RTL and bilingual throughout.

By design
The problem

Slow support and bolt-on middleware. Heavy middleware sits awkwardly beside your system, and help is slow when a deadline looms.

How Signet answers

A native bridge underneath. Signet is designed to sit under the ERP or POS you already run, rather than replace it.

The ZATCA QR decoder

Paste the Base64 QR payload from any Saudi e-invoice and Signet decodes it instantly. No account, and nothing is stored unless you choose to leave your email.

  • Decodes all 9 ZATCA TLV tags — seller, VAT number, timestamp, totals and the Phase-2 cryptographic fields.
  • Validates the VAT number and timestamp in plain language, not raw error codes.
  • Flags whether the QR is Phase-1 only or carries the Phase-2 cryptographic tags.

Structure only — no cryptographic signature is verified.

Built to be trusted

Why Signet

Built to the spec

Developed against the official ZATCA Phase-2 specification (R3.4.8) — the same rules the bridge is being built to enforce.

Security-engineering roots

Built by a security-focused team. Handling cryptographic invoice data carefully is the starting point, not an afterthought.

Arabic-first

Bilingual and RTL-correct throughout, designed for Saudi businesses rather than retrofitted.

White-label ready

Designed so ERP implementers and resellers can offer Phase-2 compliance under their own brand.

No inflated customer counts and no borrowed logos — just what we are building, and how.

Start with the free tool. Grow into the bridge.
